नई दिल्ली/गुवाहाटी: BJP Assam के official X handle पर post किए गए एक controversial video को लेकर बड़ा सियासी विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। अब delete की गई इस video में Assam के Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma को rifle से निशाना साधते और गोली चलाते हुए दिखाया गया था। Congress और TMC ने इसे “minorities की targeted हत्या” और “genocide का आह्वान” बताते हुए BJP पर जमकर हमला बोला है।
क्या था Controversial Video में?
Delete की गई video में Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma को rifle के साथ दिखाया गया था। Video में दो व्यक्तियों पर निशाना साधते और गोली चलाते हुए दिखाया गया – एक skull cap पहने हुए और दूसरा दाढ़ी रखे हुए। Video का caption था “Point Blank Shot”।
Video में कई controversial text flash हो रहे थे:
- “Foreigner Free Assam”
- “No Mercy”
- “Why did you not go to Pakistan?”
- “There is no forgiveness to Bangladeshis”
Sources के अनुसार, यह video “foreigner-free Assam” campaign से जुड़ा था जो illegal Bangladeshi immigrants को target कर रहा था। Video में real footage और AI-generated या digitally altered visuals का mix था।
Congress का तीखा हमला
KC Venugopal का बयान
Congress के general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal ने BJP पर कड़ा प्रहार करते हुए कहा:
“एक official BJP handle ने minorities की targeted ‘point-blank’ हत्या दिखाने वाला video post किया। यह genocide का आह्वान है – एक ऐसा सपना जो इस fascist regime ने दशकों से देखा है।”
उन्होंने कहा कि इसे troll content मानकर ignore नहीं किया जा सकता। “यह poison है जो बहुत ऊपर से फैलाया जा रहा है और इसके परिणाम होने चाहिए। PM Narendra Modi से कार्रवाई की कोई उम्मीद नहीं है, लेकिन judiciary को act करना चाहिए और कोई नरमी नहीं दिखानी चाहिए।”
Supriya Shrinate का तीखा सवाल
Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate ने कहा कि video delete करना काफी नहीं है:
“यही है BJP की असली पहचान: Mass murderers। यह ज़हर, नफरत और हिंसा आप पर है, Mr Modi। क्या courts और दूसरी institutions सो रही हैं?”
Shama Mohammed का संविधान पर हमले का आरोप
Congress spokesperson Shama Mohammed ने लिखा:
“@narendramodi, आप ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ की बात करते हैं, लेकिन आपके favourite आदमी Himanta Biswa Sarma ने Muslims को shoot करने वाला video बनाया और BJP Assam के official handle से post करवाया। यह Indian Constitution पर हमला है।”
उन्होंने Supreme Court की चुप्पी पर भी सवाल उठाया: “मैं shocked हूं कि Supreme Court of India mute spectator बनी हुई है। Court की चुप्पी और suo motu cognisance न लेना उसकी भूमिका पर सवाल खड़े करता है।”
TMC ने बताया UAPA Offence
Sagarika Ghose की मांग
TMC Rajya Sabha सांसद Sagarika Ghose ने video को UAPA offence बताते हुए सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की:
“@BJP4India Assam ने UAPA offence किया है और violence के लिए clear incitement का दोषी है। Creators को तुरंत गिरफ्तार किया जाना चाहिए।”
Journalist Rana Ayyub ने contradiction की ओर इशारा किया: “BJP Twitter handle Himanta Biswa को Muslims पर गोली चलाते हुए दिखाने वाला meme share करता है जबकि PM Modi Muslim बहुल Malaysia में grand reception की बात करते हैं।”
Shiv Sena (UBT) की भी आलोचना
Shiv Sena (UBT) सांसद Priyanka Chaturvedi ने भी BJP को slam किया और video को dangerous messaging बताया।
Assam Congress की प्रतिक्रिया
Assam Congress ने अपने official Twitter handle से लिखा:
“यह video जो आपने अब delete किया है, strength नहीं दिखाता। यह FEAR दिखाता है। Strong leaders बहस करते हैं। Weak leaders bullets की कल्पना करते हैं। यह Gaurav Gogoi के बारे में नहीं है। यह एक ऐसे Chief Minister के बारे में है जो questions, debate और democracy से डरता है।”
Himanta Sarma के विवादित बयानों का इतिहास
यह पहली बार नहीं है जब CM Himanta Biswa Sarma विवादों में घिरे हैं। हाल ही में:
‘Miya Muslims’ पर टिप्पणी
Sarma ने बार-बार illegal immigration और “Miya Muslims” term का इस्तेमाल किया है। “Miya Muslims” से मतलब है Assam में रहने वाले Bengali-speaking Muslims।
हालांकि CM Sarma ने अपना बचाव करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने यह term नहीं बनाया। उनका कहना है कि यह community के भीतर ही इस्तेमाल होने वाला term है जो Bangladesh से migrate हुए लोगों के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है।
Digboi Event में विवादित बयान
हाल ही में Digboi में एक event में Sarma ने कहा था कि वे Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls के दौरान “Miya people को suffer कराना चाहते हैं।”
कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग
Harsh Mander की शिकायत
Rights activist Harsh Mander ने CM Sarma के खिलाफ police complaint दर्ज की है। उन्होंने hate speech का आरोप लगाया है जो constitutional principles को खतरे में डालती है।
Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind की Supreme Court में याचिका
Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind ने Supreme Court में याचिका दायर की है। उनका आरोप है कि CM के statements openly communal और unconstitutional हैं, खासकर एक high office holder के लिए।
Asaduddin Owaisi की प्रतिक्रिया
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi ने भी CM की recent comments की निंदा की:
“Assam में ‘Miya’ उन Muslims को refer करता है जिन्हें British 150-200 साल पहले वहां खेती और काम के लिए लाए थे। वे India के citizens हैं। वे Bengali बोलते हैं।”
Political Analysts की राय
Political experts इसे एक dangerous trend बता रहे हैं जहां political messaging में inflammatory और polarizing content का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है जो minorities को immigration enforcement की आड़ में target करता है।
क्या है ‘Miya Muslims’ Issue?
Background: ‘Miya’ term Assam में Bengali-origin Muslims के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। कई लोग इसे derogatory मानते हैं। यह community मुख्यत: वे लोग हैं जो:
- British काल में land cultivation के लिए लाए गए थे
- Bengali भाषा बोलते हैं
- Assam में पीढ़ियों से रह रहे हैं
CM Sarma का argument है कि illegal Bangladeshi immigration एक serious issue है। हालांकि, critics का कहना है कि rhetoric पूरी community को target कर रहा है, जिसमें Indian citizens भी शामिल हैं।
Social Media पर Reactions
Video के delete होने के बावजूद, यह पहले ही viral हो चुका था। Opposition leaders ने इसे अपने posts में attach कर दिया है।
